1. Frozen because the card has been reported lost (it can be unfrozen by changing the card on the same day).
2. The password is entered incorrectly for more than 3 times and locked (it can be automatically unfrozen after 24 hours).

Although credit cards are very common in our lives, if they are used improperly, they will also face the risk of being suspended. Generally speaking, credit cards are suspended for the following reasons:
1. The credit card itself has several overdue bills. Generally speaking, if the cardholder fails to return the credit card for more than three years, the issuing bank can unilaterally stop your credit card. However, it should be noted that the interest and late fees generated by overdue credit cards will not stop. If the amount is large and the situation is serious, you may also face bank litigation. In this case, if the credit card is to be restored, the cardholder must refund all the arrears of the credit card. At the same time, in order to avoid the influence of the blacklist of credit records on future life, it is best to reactivate the card, maintain good repayment habits and cover up the original overdue records, otherwise it will be difficult to apply for other credit cards or loans.
Banks are prohibited from illegally withdrawing cash from credit cards. Some cardholders will use the interest-free period of credit cards to withdraw credit lines informally. Once discovered by the bank, it will deduct money or even seal the card according to the cash situation, with serious consequences. If you suspect that you have stopped withdrawing cash, you must provide all the consumption invoices for the past three months and feed them back to the credit card customer service center before you can resume using the card; If you can't provide all the transaction invoices, you must also provide the consumer invoices that the bank thinks are controversial. The bank will review these invoices. If they pass the examination, the bank will restore or reissue the credit card.
3. The trading place is abnormal. If the cardholder is in China, but the credit card does have consumption abroad behavior, the bank may suspend the use of the card.
4. Abnormal trading behavior. Abnormal trading behavior is mainly reflected in trading frequency and trading amount. If there are many small and multiple purchases in one day, it is also possible to stop the card. In both cases, the cardholder can call the issuing bank or go to the bank outlet with relevant information to ask the bank to reissue the credit card.
