If a credit card is lost, stolen or possessed by others, the cardholder should report the loss immediately. The risk of misappropriation after a credit card is reported lost is borne by the bank. Non-password consumption within 48 hours before the loss is reported is covered by card loss protection according to specified rules. If the card is not reported lost in time, the risk incurred will be borne by the customer himself.
