Yuncheng is dotted with scenic spots and historical sites, and there are more than 600 cultural relics tourist attractions/kloc-0, including 90 national key cultural relics protection units, which is the prefecture-level city with the largest number of national key cultural relics protection units. The main tourist routes are root-seeking ancestor worship tour, Yellow River customs tour, filial piety culture and good culture. Famous at home and abroad are "Jiezhou Guandi Temple", the ancestor of Wu Temple, Yongji Quelou, one of the four famous buildings in China, Yongle Palace in Ruicheng, Yongji Pujiu Temple where the West Chamber happened, Wanrong Houtu Temple in China, Shundi Mausoleum in Salt Lake, Yellow River Tieniu, Wanrong Qiu Feng Tower in Xia County, and Sima Guang's tomb.

Important cultural sites include the Xihoudu site in Ruicheng; Yuanqu Nanhai Yudong and Tongshan Town "Shun Di Hometown"; Shundi Mausoleum in Beixiang Town; Yuwangcheng, Dongxiafeng and Yin Xi in Xia County; Yongji alone, Yaowangtai; Yao Yuanhe in Jiangxian County; Pinglu Qili Slope, etc. Important cultural relics include Ruicheng Yongle Palace, Jiezhou Guandi Temple, Yongji Pujiu Temple Yingying Tower and Wangu Temple, Wanrong Feiyun Building, Qiu Feng Building, Jishan Shenglong Temple and Xinjiang Jiyi Temple. Chen Yunhe said in his poem that "the years that cannot be transported are the cities that cannot be transported." With history, poetry and a generation of heroes, they will always be in the hearts of the people. Only the immortal "warrior sage" and Shandong's "Wen Sheng" are equally famous for their influence on China and the nation.
