Go to the nearest Minsheng Bank outlet for cash repayment; Use ATM machines at Minsheng Bank outlets to transfer and repay; Use Minsheng Bank Telephone Banking (95568) to transfer and repay; Repayment by using the automatic deposit machine of Minsheng Bank outlets; Repayment through online transfer of personal bank VIP version on Minsheng Bank website; Repayment by wire transfer through other bank outlets and ATMs.

If you have any questions about your bill, you can call the customer service hotline, and Minsheng Bank will help you check the bill. If you need to access the bill receipt (copy) of related transactions, you need to apply to the bank within three months after the transaction, and you need to pay a certain access fee.
