Use PivotTable:

1. Insert PivotTable

2. Pull the credit card number field into "row"

3. Pull the date into the "row", set the data attributes, and take the (maximum value);

4. Pull the consumption type into the filter, set it, cancel the repayment, etc.;

5. Add the consumption location into the final data and select None as the calculation method.
