Step 2: Log on to the Internet and apply for an online account.
1. Log in to the home page of Postal Savings Payment Gateway and click "Apply for Online Account". Note: WindowsXP users need to install Microsoft's JAVA virtual machine patch. first-msjavax86.exe needs to click Install and restart the computer.
2. Read and agree to the Personal Service Agreement of China Post Payment Gateway.
3. Fill in the account opening information and click "Submit". After opening an account successfully, the account opening success information and online account number will be displayed; If it is not successful, the system will prompt the specific reason for the account opening failure. If you don't see the prompt, please reinstall the JAVA virtual machine patch-msjavax86.exe.
4. Online payment account opening was successful.
5. Log in to the Postal Savings Payment Gateway, click "Merchant Opening", select "UnionPay Online Payment System" and submit. 6. User authentication, enter "online password" and "ID number", and click "Submit".
7. Congratulations, the merchant has been successfully opened, and you can make payment and other operations.
