I also encountered this problem ... only deducted the meal fee, not the tip. I use an American credit card, so it shouldn't be a national problem.

But I guess it's the restaurant. They have a fixed settlement date every month, for example, all credit card tips for this month will be deducted at the end of the month.

I haven't been here long now, and I should be able to verify it in a while.
