click "card? Pay → Card Manager, click ""in the upper right corner of the page to reset the inquiry password. Click here to download immediately

2. Official WeChat:

1) WeChat scan the QR code of the credit card.

2) After paying attention, send "Forgot to inquire password", and you can reset it immediately according to the prompt.

3. Enter the password reset inquiry page

1) Enter the password reset inquiry page of China Merchants Bank

2) Install the control, fill in the relevant information, and click Next.

3) Enter the SMS verification code received by the mobile phone, and click Next.

4) Answer the relevant credit card information and reset the inquiry password.
