If the debit card enters the wrong password five times in a day (regardless of the channel), the system will lock the card. If you forget your password, you can report the loss at the counter. The cardholder can unlock the debit card at the counter of the networking institution of the core banking system with his/her valid ID card and debit card (electronic cards are not allowed) on the day of card locking, and the teller will accept it after verifying the identity of the cardholder. If the cardholder fails to unlock the debit card on the day of card locking, the system will automatically unlock it after batch processing on the same day. After the debit card password is locked, the customer can immediately go to the counter to unlock the password. If the password is forgotten, the customer can immediately report the loss. There is no restriction. You can't report your password on the same day.
