2. When the primary card and the secondary card are applied at the same time, each primary card application can only be accompanied by one secondary card application; Applications for other supplementary cards should be submitted after the main card is approved, and each main card can apply for up to 4 supplementary cards.

Two, the postal savings bank credit card application materials.

1. When submitting the application form, the main card applicant must submit his identity certificate and work certificate. Supplementary card application must provide the identity certificate and main card number of the supplementary card user.

2. Domestic applicants are divided into local account applicants and non-local account applicants according to whether the issuing authority and the place of employment of their resident identity cards belong to the same provincial administrative division. Applicants for local accounts must submit proof of identity and proof of work. In addition to the above information, non-local hukou applicants should also submit proof of residence.

3. Identity documents include: resident identity cards, Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, Taiwan Province residents' passes to and from the mainland, and passports. Applicants who hold resident identity cards must use them as identification documents. Household register, household registration certificate and temporary id card are not accepted as proof of identity.
