2. Notes for canceling credit card by phone:
(1) The main card of a credit card must be cancelled by the cardholder of the main card, and the secondary card can be cancelled by the cardholder of the main card or the cardholder of the secondary card.
(2) If a secondary card is hung under the account, the user will cancel the secondary card after canceling the credit card.
(3) When handling a credit card, the user who paid the deposit should first go to the card issuer's outlet to cancel the pledge, and then cancel the credit card.
(4) If a user conducts a deposit transaction within 30 days from account cancellation to formal account cancellation, he/she must bring his/her ID card when handling the card to the card-issuing business outlet for account cancellation.
(5) After the credit card is successfully cancelled, the user needs to destroy the unused credit card by himself. Destruction methods include cutting corners, punching holes and other ways to destroy the magnetic stripe.
3. Bank outlets are deactivated: you need to bring your ID card and credit card to a nearby bank outlet to cancel your credit card.
