1. When the cardholder has just overdue (from the second day of the previous repayment date to the next billing date), the bank generally does not collect the payment, but only prompts the repayment period through SMS platform or telephone;
2. When the overdue time is long (between the second billing date and the third billing date), banks will generally collect large amounts of customers, that is, there will be collectors calling to remind the debtor to repay, some will contact relatives and friends of the debtor to help remind the debtor to repay, some banks will be tough in collection, and even some collectors will pretend to be relevant lawyers to put pressure on the debtor;
3. The bank entrusts a lawyer to send you a lawyer's letter (between the third billing date and the fourth billing date). The lawyer's letter will be sent to the household registration book and the company address filled in when applying for a credit card, and some overdue business will be entrusted to the cooperative organization;
4. When the cardholder's overdue time is 4 months or 5 months, the bank will entrust a third party to collect the company's collection, and most of them will go to the door to interview and contact the neighborhood Committee where the cardholder lives for help, and ask their relatives and friends to inform them, indirectly putting pressure on the overdue customers (around the fifth billing day);
5. When the third-party collection company fails to recover the arrears, the bank will sort out the information and prepare to file a case or file a lawsuit (depending on the cardholder's situation). In this case, most accounts can't contact the cardholder at all, or have fake or stolen cards, or the cardholder dies, or are unwilling to repay.
