It may be that the bank staff has a task. In order to complete the task, they call people with phone numbers every day, and they have your phone number. If Bank of China often calls users to make installment plans, the most important thing is to earn credit card installment fees. However, Bank of China will not call every credit card user. It usually targets users who frequently spend large amounts. If there is a large amount of consumption and a fixed merchant, then there is a suspicion of cashing out. If the customer service allows the user to pay in installments, the risk of derating or card blocking can be reduced. However, users use their credit cards normally and do not have any illegal operations. They are not worried about card blocking or reduction, so they can reject the installment offer.
