Solution:

1. Erase and restore all previous wifi settings.

2. Turn on the wifi option again.

3. Many wireless networks have a blue arrow beside them. Click the blue arrow, and then click Ignore this network.

4. Return to the main interface to turn off the phone and restart it.

5. After restarting, go to the wifi Settings page to set up wifi.

6. Reset the router.
