1. Negotiate repayment. Contact CITIC Bank, explain the reason for the overdue payment, request a 50% discount for settlement, and negotiate.

2. Court approval. If the negotiation cannot reach an agreement, you can file a lawsuit in court and submit evidence of 50% off settlement, and the court will try it.
