Visa, also translated as Visa and VISA, is a credit card brand managed by Visa International in San Francisco, California, USA. VISA card was issued in 1976, and its predecessor was American bank card issued by Bank of America.

Through the centralized and modular payment network VisaNet, Visa provides transaction processing services for financial institution customers. VisaNet can flexibly provide three services at the same time: transaction processing service, risk management service and information service.
