The debt overview on the first picture you see refers to the overdraft balance currently recorded (and the unrecorded installment principal) of all credit cards under your name. The debt summary on the second picture you see What is displayed is the overdraft balance of one of your cards.

So you can check again to see if there are other cards in your name. In addition, if you apply for installment payment, the amount that has not yet been recorded will also be included in the total liability amount.
