Installment of bills:

Cash installment:

Telephone application

① Cardholders can call Ping An Bank Credit Card Center to transfer to manual customer service;

② The cardholder applies to the customer service staff for cash installment;

③ The cardholder chooses the installment number, installment amount, debit card account number and loan reason.

Online banking application

① The cardholder logs in to official website of Ping An Bank and chooses to handle cash installment;

② The cardholder chooses the installment number, installment amount, debit card account number and loan reason;

③ The cardholder can complete the application by entering the dynamic password and the cash withdrawal password.
