2. BOC series credit cards can support transfer out when there is a balance in the credit card (re-deposited funds when the credit card is not overdrawn);

3 , The repayment of foreign exchange purchase cannot exceed the amount of the bill that has been issued;

4. The purchase of foreign exchange for repayment is not supported for the time being, and the repayment of foreign exchange purchase does not require the settlement of RMB arrears.
