Is there any charge for ICBC credit card replacement without activation?

If you no longer want to use your credit card after replacement, you can not activate it. Except for some special card types, such as some platinum cards, etc. As long as it is not activated, ICBC will not charge annual fees.

How long does it take to replace an ICBC credit card?
