Can I pay interest-free on credit card installments?

Credit card installments cannot be without interest. After installment, the interest and principal must be repaid according to the contract in each installment. There is no interest for credit card installment repayment, but there will be handling fees. For credit card installment repayment, the principal payable per period = total installment amount and number of periods; handling fee per period = total installment amount * handling rate per period.

Solutions to overdue credit card repayments:

1. Apply for negotiated installments.

For users whose credit cards are overdue, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission will give them the right to apply for personalized installments. Therefore, users can apply to the corresponding bank to repay the current overdue balance in installments. When the repayment pressure is reduced, subsequent repayments will be easier. It should be noted that if a personalized installment plan is reached, no overdue payment will occur again.

2. Repay part of the amount every month.

If the bank does not agree to the user's application for installment repayment, and still fails despite the intervention of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, he or she can repay a small amount every month to show that he did not overdue maliciously, but only made repayments. This can also prevent banks from prosecuting users for capital fraud, and they will need to increase their financial resources to pay off the money as soon as possible.

3. Find help from relatives and friends.

Overdue credit cards will not only affect your credit score and increase repayment costs, but will also lead to debt collection or even prosecution, with serious consequences. You can confess to your family, relatives and friends as early as possible and pay off the debt first, and then repay the borrowed funds to relatives and friends later to avoid the increase in debt caused by long overdue time.
