The issuing bank checks to confirm that the card status is normal, and then you can ask the bank customer service to check whether the authorization application for trying to use Alipay card has been received on the system. If you haven't received it, it has nothing to do with the bank. If you have received the authorization and failed, please ask customer service to check the reason for the failure.
