1. China Everbright Bank will call the cardholder about one month before the credit card expires, asking whether the cardholder needs to continue mailing the new card. After obtaining the consent of the cardholder and checking the delivery address, mail the new card to the designated address.
2. Everbright Bank sets the validity period of the credit card, and the specific period is subject to the card face. Expired credit cards can no longer be used, and Everbright Bank will provide automatic card replacement services for cardholders who meet the conditions for card replacement. To ensure your rights and interests, please sign in the signature column on the back of the new card and contact the bank when you receive the new card. When the new card is activated, the old card will be automatically cut and destroyed.
3. If you can't get a new card as scheduled when the credit card expires, please call the 24-hour customer service hotline: 95595 for enquiry. If the cardholder does not want to change a new card upon expiration, he shall notify the card issuer at least 1 month before the card expires. Otherwise, China Everbright Bank will consider the cardholder (cardholder) to voluntarily replace the new card when it expires. If a new card is used, the cardholder must settle all debts under the credit card.
