First, call customer service to modify it;

Second, you can log in to online banking to modify it yourself, taking China Merchants Bank credit card as an example:

Log in to China Merchants Bank Credit Card official website (www.8008205555.com) and select "Online Banking Login" in the lower right position, as shown in the following figure:

Enter ID number, password and verification code to log in to online banking:

After logging in, click "Account Management" in the upper left corner, select "Modify Customer Data" in the drop-down menu to see personal information such as email address, and then click "Modify" on the right to modify it:
