You can apply to cancel the mobile payment device card through a third-party client, Bank of China Colorful Life or by calling the Bank of China credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 (Credit card) Temporary report of loss will restore the device card status to normal. After the temporary loss report is lifted, the client will update the device card status simultaneously.

Warm reminder: Lifting the temporary loss report of the mobile payment device card (credit card) will not cause any changes to the status of the physical credit card. Temporary loss reporting of the credit card physical card operation will lead to temporary loss reporting of the associated device card. If you want to resume normal use of the credit card physical card after releasing the device card temporary loss report, you need to initiate a separate process to release the temporary loss reporting of the credit card physical card.
