Only credit cards issued locally can be bound.

If you want to purchase with a Japanese account, if you don’t have a local credit card, you can only go through some points websites and then exchange it for Japanese yen.

First open the Create Account and select the country you want to register.

After registration is completed, fill in the payment information. You can select "none" for the payment method. You can check the address using apple map. Search for a city and click on the location and scroll down to get detailed information.

The ID is basically registered, but it still needs to be verified by iTunes. Open iTunes and log in to your newly registered ID to agree to the verification. When it comes to selecting the payment method, do not choose any method and continue directly to the next step. In this way, your ID is truly registered.
