First of all, we must find out the billing date and repayment date.
1. The credit card billing date means that the issuing bank regularly summarizes and settles all transactions and expenses of your credit card account in the current period every month, calculates the total amount owed and the minimum repayment amount in the current period, and mails the statement for you. This date is your credit card bill.
2. The repayment date is the last repayment date indicated on the final repayment form of the credit card.
When and how much to pay back the credit card after consumption depends on the billing date and repayment date:
1) Consumption before the bill date is included in the current bill and returned before the current repayment date;
2) Consumption after the bill date should be included in the next bill and repaid before the next repayment date.
Suppose the billing date is the 2nd day of each month, and the consumption after the 2nd day is included in the next bill, which can be returned before the next repayment date. The amount before the 2nd is included in the current bill and should be paid back before the repayment date.
If CITIC settles on the day of consumption on the 2nd, the longest interest-free period is 50 days. If you want to repay the loan on the 2nd day before the settlement of CITIC on the same day, the longest interest-free period is 20 days, so it is best to spend safely on the 3rd day after the bill date, so you can enjoy the interest-free period of up to 49 days.
By analogy, the longest interest-free period for the 4th consumer is 48 days, and the longest interest-free period for the 5th consumer is 47 days.
