3. According to China’s privacy regulations, natural persons enjoy a personality right to control their personal information, private activities and private fields that have nothing to do with public interests.

4. China’s Resident Identity Card Law stipulates that relevant units and their staff shall keep confidential the personal information of citizens recorded in the resident identity card obtained during the performance of duties or provision of services.

5. All personal information involving citizens’ personal privacy can become the target of crimes and infringe upon citizens’ personal information.

How to check the bill

1. Bank customer service center. Directly call the customer service center of your credit card bank and follow the voice prompts.

2. Email inquiry. An email address is reserved on the application form for applying for a credit card. Generally, banks will send the current bill to this email address on the billing date

3. Bank official website inquiry (take China Construction Bank as an example) Details The method is as follows:

1. Open Baidu search, enter "China Construction Bank" in the search bar, search and find the official website of China Construction Bank and click to enter.

2. After entering the official website of China Construction Bank, find the "Account Inquiry" item and click to enter.

3. After entering the account query, find the "Credit Card Query" item and click Query Now to enter.

4. After entering the credit card bill inquiry, enter the corresponding information.

5. After the verification is passed, the bill of the credit card can be queried.

4. Bank’s official WeChat account. Each bank currently has its own official WeChat account for credit cards, which binds credit cards to WeChat and makes inquiries very convenient.

5. Bank APP. Download the bank APP on your mobile phone and log in to make inquiries.

How to check other people’s bank card consumption details?

You can bring your valid ID and bank card to the bank branch counter for inquiries. In addition, you can also enter mobile banking or online banking to check the transfer transaction details of the bank card.

The steps for online query are as follows:

1. Take Agricultural Bank of China as an example. Enter Agricultural Bank of China in Baidu to search, find the official website option, and click to enter.

2. After entering the official website page, click on the personal online banking login option and click to enter.

3. After entering the login interface, enter your account number and password, and click Login.

4. After logging in successfully, click Details under the My Account column.

5. After entering the details page, select the query date and click Query to query the transaction records within that time period.

How to check other people’s bank card transaction records

If it is a CMB all-in-one card, you can check the transaction transaction records through the following channels:

1. Counter: CMB counter inquiry You can check the balance and transaction details of the all-in-one card for free at any CMB branch with your account opening certificate and all-in-one card. There is no limit to the query time period.

2. Public version: Log in to the public version, select Account Management → Transaction Inquiry to query, download or print the transaction details of the past 13 months, including the electronic official seal.

If you need to filter transactions, you can select "Advanced Query". You can also filter "payroll agency" to print salary records.

Warm reminder: ① All-in-one cards opened at Shanghai Branch do not support the printing of statement sheets with official seals through online banking; ② Mobile banking cannot currently filter and print.

3. Mobile banking: Log in to mobile banking to view income and expenditure. If you need to filter transactions, click "Filter" on the page that opens. If you have any questions about the transaction, you can try to judge or recall it through the information in the remarks column.

Warm reminder: Current transactions from 2016 to the present can be checked. For records that exceed time, please bring your valid account opening documents to the counter to check.

4. Professional version: Log in to the professional version to query, download (EXCEL format), and print the transaction flow of the past 13 months. The steps are as follows:

Click on the upper left corner of the card → Account management →Transaction inquiry (select the corresponding bank card). Select advanced query to filter transaction types, transaction notes, and amount ranges.
