Step 3: Activate Alipay Cartoon

1. If the user has pre-bound the mobile phone number after successfully signing the contract at the postal savings counter, and completely filled in the cartoon application information on Alipay. When signing a contract with a bank, Alipay will match the signing information of the bank with the information reserved by the user (name, ID card and account number), and it will be activated automatically after the two are completely consistent. If the system is not activated automatically, you only need to log in to Alipay website to complete the activation.

2. Enter the Taobao green card number, Alipay account payment password, enter the verification code after receiving the SMS, and click to activate immediately;
