1. If you have opened Bank of China online banking at our bank counter, you can activate the "agreement payment" service on your own at the online banking. The steps to activate agreement payment are:
(1) Log in to online banking, enter the electronic payment-agreement payment menu to use the agreement payment service, select "agreement payment signing" in "agreement payment", and select the merchant who needs to sign a contract and read the agreement.
(2) Online banking will return the customer's name, certificate type, and certificate number. You need to select the payment account to be bound and enter the "merchant account" and "customer-set daily cumulative limit" information. .
(3) Confirm the contract information and enter the dynamic password/CA certificate for verification.
2. Cardholders of our bank who have not opened online banking can also initiate agreement payment and online signing from the merchant website through bank card login. You can also enter the agreement payment service through the navigation bar on the right side of the online banking login page, and use the agreement payment service such as contract relationship inquiry, modification, contract termination and transaction record inquiry through bank card login.
3. If you initiate an agreement payment signing from the Tenpay website, the system will automatically bind your Tenpay account (QQ number) to your bank card account. After completing the agreement payment contract with Tenpay, Tenpay will be fully responsible for verifying the customer's identity and true intention when you make subsequent agreement payments, and you will no longer interact with our bank.
4. It should be noted that a customer using the same merchant account at a merchant can only have one valid agreement and cannot sign multiple contracts.
