The specific steps are as follows:

1. Open WeChat, search and follow the "Agricultural Bank of China" official account, as shown in the figure below.

2. Click "Micro Finance" and select "My Account" in the pop-up list, as shown in the figure below.

3. Enter the password and log in to WeChat Bank, as shown in the figure below.

4. Click "Account Opening Bank" and you can know the province of the bank card according to the account opening bank, as shown in the figure below.
