Generally, the card will be printed and delivered to the post office within 5 working days after the card is approved. If the card has special craftsmanship, an additional 3 working days will be added. After the card is sent, our bank will send the mailing number to your reserved mobile phone number. You can check the initial mailing and card renewal mailing through the following methods:

1. Log in to the official customer service website

2. Log in to the official website of the Credit Card Center, click "Business Processing" - "Card Application Progress" ";

3. Sign up for the "National Life" APP, click "Finance" - "Card Application Progress";

4. Follow "Minsheng Credit Card" WeChat Bank, click "Card Application" ·Borrow money" - "Activation|Progress";

5. After receiving the shipping tracking number SMS, log in to the China Post website or call China Post customer service hotline 11183 or 11185.

Tips to you:

※After the registered letter is sent for the first time, it will be returned to the secondary express mail. If there is still no one to sign for the second delivery, it will be returned and destroyed;

※If you do not receive the card for a long time, you can call the customer service hotline and transfer to manual service to assist you in querying or replacing the card.
