After applying for card cancellation, you will probably receive two bills. Please pay attention to check whether there is any unpaid amount in the unpaid bill. It takes about 45 days to cancel the credit card.

Log in to the credit card online bank, click "Account Management"-> "Bill Inquiry", and click "Bill Details" of each bill.
Mobile banking: log in to the credit card mobile banking and enter "Account Management" for inquiry.
Pocket life: when you log in to the pocket life, Apple's mobile phone will enter "bill repayment" → "bill inquiry"; Android phone goes to "Card Service" → "Bill Repayment".
