1. Open the micro-store software with a computer, and the entrance will be opened.
(1) The user can appeal against the penalty through the corresponding penalty record in the penalty notice.
(2) According to different punishment categories, the opening hours of the "Initiate Complaints" portal will be different. If the user fails to initiate an appeal within the validity period of the appeal, the appeal portal will be closed and the punishment cannot be appealed again.
(3) The opening time of appeal entry for different punishments will be displayed in the corresponding punishment records.
(4) Micro-stores will open targeted violation complaints according to different types of violations, so at present, not all violations can be appealed.
2. Submission of materials
(1) After the user clicks "Initiate Appeal", he will jump to the appeal material submission page.
(2) Different types of violations require different information. Click on the Violation Complaint button to provide corresponding information according to the form requirements.
(3) Only three orders are listed for users to use, and the complaint materials of each order need to be submitted accordingly; It should be noted that the store penalty will be revoked only if and only if all three orders are successfully appealed; If only one or two orders are successfully appealed, only the sales data corresponding to individual successful orders will be restored, and the store penalty will not be revoked.
3. Appeal review
(1) After the complaint is submitted successfully, the user can return to the penalty notification center, and the corresponding complaint status will be updated synchronously.
(2) The micro-store audit team will feed back the audit results within 7 working days. Users can view the handling results of complaints in the penalty notice.
(3) If the complaint fails due to incomplete submission, the user can check the specific reasons for the failure and appeal the corresponding punishment again.
