There are two ways to change the mobile phone number bound to a Bank of Communications credit card: one is at the counter, and the other is by phone.
If the mobile phone number provided by the cardholder when applying for a credit card has changed and needs to be changed, the cardholder can go to the branch of the card-issuing bank with his or her ID card to change the mobile phone number.
If the cardholder's original mobile phone number can still be used, you can call the customer service of the card-issuing bank. The bank usually changes the bound mobile phone number for the cardholder through mobile phone verification; if the original mobile phone number is no longer usable, , after the cardholder calls the customer service number of the card-issuing bank, the card-issuing bank will help the cardholder make modifications by checking the cardholder's information.
As a reminder, remember to bind quick payment online after modification. If mobile phone verification is required, modifications are also required.
