How does Apple ID change country and region settings:
It is important that if you move to a new country or region, please go to your Apple ID account page, "Account Information" or "Settings" to change your Apple ID information. Please be sure to prepare the payment method applicable to the new country or region.
Apple ID modification country and region considerations:
Use up all the remaining store balances on the Apple ID. In addition, you must wait for any pending store balance refund to be processed before you can change your country or region. Learn what to do if your store balance is lower than the price of a single product.
Cancel all subscriptions, including Apple Music, and then wait until the subscription period ends before changing your country or region. You must also wait for all memberships, pre-orders, iTunes movie rentals or season tickets to be completed.
Prepare payment methods applicable to new countries or regions. For example, in Germany, only German credit cards can be used to buy content in iTunes stores, iBooks stores and App Store.
Back up your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to iTunes. You may need to temporarily downgrade iCloud storage space until you switch to a new country or region.

Before changing the country or region settings, you can re-download what you bought in the past, or you can re-download many things you bought in the past after changing the country or region.
First, the modification method of iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
On your device, tap settings > [your name ]”>“iTunes Store and App Store.
Tap your Apple ID.
Tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to log in with an Apple ID.
Click "Country/Region".
Click the new country or region, and then click Next.
Review the terms and conditions and Apple's privacy policy, and if you agree, tap Agree.
When prompted, click "Agree".
Select the payment method and enter new payment information. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.
Enter your billing address, and then click Next.
Your Apple ID country or region information will be updated on all your Apple products and all your Apple services.
Second, the modification method on Mac or PC
To open iTunes and log in to your account information page, click this link: Show My Account. Or follow the following steps:
Open iTunes.
From the menu bar at the top of the computer screen or iTunes window, choose Account >; Check my account.
Sign in with your Apple ID, and then click Show Account.
On the account information page:
Click Change Country or Region to the right of the country or region.
From the Select Country menu, select a new country or region.
Click Change.
On the Welcome to iTunes Store page, click Continue.
Read the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy. If you agree, please tick "I have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions".
Click "Agree".
Enter new payment information. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.
Enter your billing address.
Click "Continue".
Your Apple ID country or region information will be updated on all your Apple products and all your Apple services.
Third, through the Apple ID account page.
Log in to your Apple ID account page.
In the Accounts section, click Edit.
From the country menu, select your new country or region.
When prompted, click Continue Update.

Click Save.
Your Apple ID country or region information will be updated on all your Apple products and all your Apple services.
