According to the relevant information, ICBC's credit card is usually locked in the following three situations:
1. Incorrect password input. Once the password is entered more than three times, the credit card will be locked.
2. If the credit card is overdue and has not been repaid for 2-3 months, the bank will also lock it.
3. Cash-out behavior. When the risk control system of the bank monitors that the cardholder has cash-out behavior, it will lock the bank card it cashes out. ICBC's credit card is locked, so the cardholder needs to bring his ID card and bank card to the counter for processing.
ICBC's credit card is locked, how to unlock it
(1) If ICBC's credit card is locked because it has entered the wrong password for three times in a row, the cardholder needs to bring his valid ID card and credit card to any branch of ICBC to reset the password after locking, and cannot unlock it by himself.
(2) If ICBC's credit card is locked because of overdue repayment for many times, the solution is to repay it in full, then call ICBC's customer service number 95588 for manual customer service, and then apply for unlocking the credit card.

ICBC Credit Card has launched an account security lock service, which helps customers comprehensively prevent and control the risk of swiping through five locks: overseas lock, regional lock, night lock, overseas payment lock without card and limit lock.
1. after the customer activates the "overseas lock", it is impossible to withdraw cash from ATM or spend money by POS card outside the countries or regions commonly used abroad;
2. after the "area lock" is enabled, ATM withdrawal and POS credit card consumption cannot be carried out outside the common places in China;
3. after the "night lock" is enabled, ATM cash withdrawal and POS credit card consumption cannot be carried out from 23: Beijing time to 5: the next day in the domestic area;
4. after the "overseas cardless payment lock" is enabled, the overseas cardless transaction function of the card will be suspended;
5. after the "limit lock" is enabled, when the consumption amount is greater than the POS credit card consumption limit set by the card, the transaction will be suspended.
ICBC customers can set account security lock function for all credit cards under their names and credit card supplementary cards opened for others.
