In any of the following circumstances, it shall be recorded in the bank's bad records:

Customer's current situation in the Bank's personal credit information system or bank and interbank accounts (including housing loans, automobile consumption loans, personal consumption loans, credit cards, etc.). ) overdue, or have a bad record of overdue for more than 90 days within one year (that is, the overdue status flag is "4").

Knowing that the customer has any of the following circumstances through other credit channels:

(1) Being listed in the bad customer information database of banks, peers or credit reporting institutions due to illegal card use;

(two) the defendant has a major lawsuit or arbitration and other legal disputes;

(3) maliciously defrauding bank funds;

(4) Having a criminal record during his imprisonment or in the last seven years.
