On the Credit Card - Credit Card Application/Activation - Online Credit Card Application page, select the location where you apply for the card to check the types of credit cards available in your area. Select the credit card you need to apply for and click Apply. The page displays "Bank of China Limited" Co., Ltd. Credit Card Receipt Agreement", click the "Agree" button and the page will prompt you to enter the set security authentication tool (CA certificate, dynamic password mobile transaction code) for confirmation (you do not need to enter the security authentication tool for the query version), click "Confirm":

(1) If you are already a credit card holder of our bank and the ID information used when applying for online banking is consistent with the ID information used when applying for a credit card, the page will display the information you left in our bank when you applied for a credit card. Please submit the relevant information below and submit the application after confirming that it is correct. The system will display your application number this time (please record this number for subsequent inquiries through telephone banking). If you want to modify your application information, please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695566.

(2) If you are not a credit card holder of our bank, the page prompts you to enter your card application information, including your name, ID, home address, mobile phone number and other personal information; company name, unit Address, unit zip code, unit phone number, working hours, annual income and other professional information; contact name, contact unit name, contact phone number and other contact information, click "Next" to set up the delivery of your cards/bills and other important information Address (work address, home address), card verification method (password signature, signature), repayment method (active repayment, automatic transfer repayment), click "Next" and the system will echo the information you filled in, and confirm it is correct. Submit the application and the system will display your application number (please record this number to facilitate subsequent inquiries).

Warm reminder:

(1) For customers who already hold our bank’s credit card or have opened our bank’s personal online banking wealth management version or VIP version, apply for a credit card through personal online banking. Once completed, the card is mailed directly to the customer.

(2) For inquiry version customers who have not applied for a credit card from our bank, they can also apply for a credit card online. After the customer fills in the relevant application information in online banking, the system prompts the customer to select a card collection outlet and Submit relevant information. After the card is issued, the customer will be proactively notified to go to the corresponding outlet to collect the credit card. When picking up the card, the customer must hold a valid ID and sign for confirmation.

(3) Mobile banking (client) also supports self-service credit card application.

(4) The customer applies for a credit card through online banking. If the customer is an old credit card customer, the mobile phone number displayed will be the mobile phone number retained by the card core system; if the customer is a customer of our bank but a new credit card customer , what is returned is the mobile phone number retained by the core system; modification of these two mobile phone numbers requires going to the counter.

Tip: If the customer is a new customer of our bank, the customer’s mobile phone number will not be returned and will be entered manually by the customer. Our bank’s system will interface with the operator’s system to verify whether the mobile phone number is the customer’s own mobile phone number. , if verified, the customer can continue to apply.
