The customer service hotline of Industrial Credit Card Center will not be used for fraud, but recently it has been discovered that fraudsters use number changers to impersonate Industrial official customer service number 95561 and our bank staff in order to increase credit card limits, adjust credit records or lift card freezes and other reasons to deceive the cardholder’s SMS verification code, transaction password and other information to commit telecommunications fraud.
We would like to remind cardholders of the center that Xingye staff will not ask customers for SMS verification codes or transaction passwords for any reason. Please keep your important personal information properly and do not disclose it.
Put an end to false information fraud
1. Don’t be greedy. Don't believe in pie-in-the-sky good things.
2. Don’t be gullible. Don’t trust strange text messages or calls received on your mobile phone.
3. Don’t panic. Do not panic if you receive intimidating, threatening, or anti-money laundering text messages or phone calls from strangers.
4. No disclosure. Do not disclose personal information, bank card number and SMS verification code easily.
5. No transfer. Never transfer money to strangers or unfamiliar accounts at any time.
6. Verify in time. When receiving unfamiliar phone calls, text messages, or website addresses, you should immediately check with your family, friends, relevant units, and official websites and official phone numbers.
7. Call the police promptly. Once you are deceived, call 110 immediately.
