According to Article 6 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Agency Business of China Postal Savings Bank, postal savings banks and postal enterprises should follow the principle of equality and reciprocity and establish a standardized and transparent principal-agent mechanism. Both parties should be honest and trustworthy, earnestly fulfill their obligations and jointly safeguard the image of financial services.
