Article 36 Credit cards are only used by legitimate cardholders, and cardholders are not allowed to rent or lend their accounts.
Article 37 After the cardholder has paid off the overdraft principal and interest, he may cancel the account under any of the following circumstances:
(a) 45 days after the expiration of the credit card, the cardholder has not replaced the new card;
(two) 45 days after the loss of the credit card, there is no supplementary card and no new card has been replaced;
(3) The credit card was withdrawn by the issuing bank for 45 days due to its bad reputation and was included in the stop payment list;
(four) the cardholder died for some reason, and the issuing bank has recovered his credit card for 45 days;
(five) the cardholder requests the cancellation of the account or the guarantor to cancel the guarantee, and has returned all the credit cards for 45 days;
(6) The credit card account has not been traded for more than two years (inclusive);
(seven) the cardholder violates other regulations, and the issuing bank thinks that his qualification should be cancelled.
Article 38 The issuing bank shall withdraw the credit card when canceling the account. If the valid card cannot be recovered, the payment should be stopped.
When the account is closed, the balance of the company card account is transferred to basic account, and cash cannot be withdrawn.
Article 39 If a credit card is lost or stolen, the cardholder shall immediately apply to the nearest card-issuing bank or correspondent bank with his/her ID card or other valid documents, and provide relevant information in accordance with regulations to handle the loss reporting procedures.
Fortieth, if a cardholder finds his credit card after applying for loss reporting, he can apply for cancellation of loss reporting and stop payment.

Article 52
The issuing bank shall establish a credit card business risk management system. When the issuing bank learns from the public security organs, judicial organs, cardholders themselves, relatives, transaction monitoring or other channels that cardholders have risk information such as stolen identity documents, deteriorating family financial status, declining repayment ability, invalid reserved contact information, deteriorating credit status, abnormal card use behavior, etc.
Operations that may increase credit risk, such as increasing credit line, authorizing credit card service to exceed credit line and authorizing installment business, should be stopped immediately, and risk management measures such as improving transaction monitoring, reducing credit line, stopping payment, freezing or implementing the second repayment source should be taken as appropriate.
Article 53
Without the cardholder's application and opening the card service exceeding the credit limit, the credit card shall not deduct the over-limit fee in any form. Cardholders can use oral (customer service telephone recording), electronic and written methods to open or cancel the card service that exceeds the credit limit.
The issuing bank must provide information such as the charging form and calculation method of the over-limit fee before opening the card service for the cardholder, and clearly inform the cardholder of the right to cancel the over-limit card service. After the issuing bank collects the overrun fee, it shall clearly list the overrun fee amount of the corresponding billing cycle in the statement.
Article 54
After the cardholder applies for opening the card service for exceeding the credit limit, the issuing bank can only provide the card service for exceeding the credit limit once in a billing cycle, and can only charge the over-limit fee once in a billing cycle.
If the cardholder continuously requests to pay the over-limit fee in two consecutive billing cycles to complete the overdraft transaction exceeding the credit limit, the issuing bank must immediately stop the over-limit card service after the end of the second billing cycle and re-open the over-limit card service according to the cardholder's re-application.
Article 55
The issuing bank shall not provide credit card services beyond the credit line for credit card transfer (transfer out) and cash withdrawal. The total amount of credit card overdraft transfer (transfer out) and cash withdrawal shall not exceed the credit limit of credit card cash withdrawal.
