Credit card bill details within 12 months can be queried/downloaded/printed through the public version and professional version. Mobile banking and mobile life only support querying for the time being. The bill does not show the name of the counterparty.

Warm reminder: 1. Credit card statements cannot be printed at the counter and VTM. 2. If you have multiple credit cards in your name, the transaction records will show the last four digits of the transaction card number. 3. You can also call the credit card customer service hotline to enter manual service to inquire about your credit card bill.

The specific query method is as follows:

?1. Palm Life: After you log in to Palm Life, click My → Check Repayment in the lower right corner, and in the personal consumption card account column, click Check You can choose to view the bills: current bills, unissued bills and historical bills. If you have any questions about the transaction, you can contact the credit card customer service phone number to have a person verify it for you.

2. Mobile banking: You log in to mobile banking, go to the home page → Credit card → Bills to check the bills of the last 12 months, click on the month to see the details. If you have questions about the bill amount or a certain transaction, you can contact the credit card hotline for manual consultation. Mobile banking cannot download and print bills. It is recommended that you use the public version or professional version~

?3. Online banking (public version or professional version): After you log in to online banking (public version or professional version), Click "Credit Card→Account Management→Inquiry on Unissued Bills/Inquiry on Issued Bills".

?The bill has been issued: click "Bill Details → Click to Download Financial Details", the printing format is PDF, with a special seal for business acceptance.

?Unissued bill: Click "Download" or "Print" on the right side of the page. The printing format is Excel, with a special stamp for electronic receipts.

?Warm reminder: Credit cards do not have a receipt printing function, and English bills are not provided; the printing format cannot be changed temporarily. ?
