Registered letters must be delivered to the business window of the post office. After inspection, packaging, writing and mailing by post office personnel, it meets the requirements of registered mail. The post office goes through the registration formalities and issues a receipt of domestic registered letter. No receipt is given by ordinary mail.
Registered mail should be registered one by one in the post office's internal processing and delivery process; Ordinary mail is not registered.
When the registered letter is not received, you can go to the original post office with the receipt. Ordinary mail does not accept inquiries.
If the registered letter belongs to the post office, it shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions when it is lost or damaged; Ordinary mail is not responsible for compensation.
