Outlet operation

1. Apply for a Taobao green card. You can apply to open a single card account or convert the card into one account.

5. Mobile phone number modification. Customers can modify their mobile phone numbers at business outlets, which are used to provide customers with mobile phone security authentication (supports China Mobile and China Unicom).

6. The contract was signed and withdrawn. Customers can apply to cancel the Alipay cartoon function at the outlet. The Postal Savings System verifies that the contract relationship exists and is in normal status, and then sends the relevant information to the Alipay system. The Alipay system verifies that the contract relationship exists and is in normal status, and returns the result to the Postal Savings System. Online Transaction

1. Alipay cartoon business is activated. Before using any functions provided by Alipay's cartoon business, customers must activate the business on the Alipay website.
