I. ICBC Credit Card Withdrawal Fee

Local bank: free of charge

Local Interbank: 2 yuan/Pen

Foreign banks: 1% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of 1 yuan per transaction and a maximum of 50 yuan.

Inter-bank in different places: 1% of the cash withdrawal amount, with the lowest 1 yuan/transaction and the highest 50 yuan/transaction, and an inter-bank handling fee is added for each 2 yuan.
