There are two types of telephone banking in China Construction Bank: contracted users and non-contracted users. Contracted users can transfer money, and they charge 3 yuan every month. They should bring their bank cards and ID cards and open them at the counter of China Construction Bank.
non-contracted users can call 95533 directly, which is free to use, but it can only be used for inquiry and has no other functions.
Four opening processes:
1. Mobile phone channel:
Log in to the mobile banking website of CCB via mobile phone (see "Login Process" for the login methods of mobile users and telecom users), and then select "Open Service" for self-opening. You can also set the homepage of China Construction Bank's mobile banking as a mobile bookmark to facilitate the next login.
2. Website channel:
Log in to www.ccb.com, the home page of China Construction Bank's Internet, click the "Open" button in the mobile banking service column in the upper left corner of the page, and then follow the prompts to open it yourself.
3. Online banking channel:
If you are an online banking customer of CCB, you can log in to online banking, click the "interactive channel signing and maintenance" link on the right, and follow the prompts to open it yourself.
if you are a customer of CCB's online banking, the mobile banking account opened through this channel is a contracted account, and you can conduct fund transfer business such as transfer without signing a contract at a bank outlet.
4. outlet channel:
you can open mobile banking service at any CCB outlet. I need to provide my valid ID and CCB account media.
