What are the rules for using credit cards?
(1) Credit cards are only used by legal cardholders, and cardholders are not allowed to rent or lend them.

(2) The issuing bank shall establish an authorization examination and approval system; Credit card settlement exceeding the prescribed limit must be authorized by the issuing bank.

(3) Cardholders can use credit cards to shop and spend in special units. The unit card shall not be used to settle commodity transactions and labor supply funds of more than 654.38 million.

(4) The cardholder must submit the credit card and ID card to the special unit when shopping with the card. Smart cards (hereinafter referred to as IC cards) and photo cards can be exempted from identity documents. The special unit shall not refuse the valid credit card issued by the contracted bank legally held by the cardholder, and shall not charge the cardholder extra fees for using the credit card.

(5) Cash withdrawal from corporate cards is not allowed.
