3) Press "1" to enter the integral service.
4) Press "2" points for redemption, and enter the card number, gift number and gift quantity for gift redemption.
2. Redeem points online
1) Go to the homepage of the postal savings points exchange website:/index.html;
2) User login: enter your user name, password and other information in the personal online banking of Postal Savings Bank;
3) Gift redemption: enter the point redemption page, select your favorite gift, and redeem it directly or put it in the shopping cart;
4) Card selection: Select the card number of the credit card you want to redeem the gift;
5) Confirm the receiving information: choose your billing address or fill in other addresses as the gift receiving address;
6) Confirm all exchange information: After confirming the collection information, click Next to enter the exchange information confirmation page. After confirming that the letter is correct, click the payment button and enter the inquiry password to complete the exchange;
7) View the redemption result: after confirming the payment, the page will display your redemption success or failure, and generate an order.
