Refunds paid with Jumei balance will be credited to your account immediately, while other payment methods such as bank cards will arrive within 3 to 5 working days at the latest!

When the refund order is approved, the amount of the corresponding returned goods will be refunded through two methods.

1. Refund to Jumei Balance

For users who use their balance to pay, the money will be immediately refunded to Jumei Youpin’s balance after the refund order is passed, so that it can be used for next shopping. ;

Orders are paid with partial balance. When the goods are partially returned, the refund will be given priority to the account balance;

When the cash on delivery order is returned, the money will be returned to Jumei. Among the account balances, you can choose to transfer the balance out after the refund is completed.

2. Return to the original path

If you use Alipay balance to pay, the money will be refunded to Alipay balance;
